Amazing staff! Starting from the moment I walk in, Daniela is always so professional and amazing customer service skills. The staff all together is exceptional and provides top of the line customer service. The chiro Dr. Hoffman is extremely helpful and goes over each visit thoroughly and effectively. I definitely recommend 10/10

I really enjoyed my short time at Active Physical Therapy. The staff from the day of consultation were amazing, attentive, and made sure the patient found them relatable through their own personal stories. In just 4 weeks my shoulder has healed tremendously. I honestly didn’t want my sessions to end. Great team and I loved them all. Thank you again

The staff at Active Therapy were amazing! From start to finish they focused on my healing. They listened to me; focused on the best therapies to improve my health, communicated not only with me but the staff at Sage doing my dry needling...all to insure a positive outcome. Shannon, Lauren, Corey, Ali, the "techs" and the admin staff all deserve kudos! Despite the pain and difficulty of therapy, I had wonderful positive experience - and met new friends along this journey.

Everyone here is so friendly and make sure they spend time really getting to know you and your issues. They really had to brainstorm a lot to figure out how to help me make progress and it really paid off. I really like how they spend the first bit of the appointment with you massaging and stretching the area. For me that helped me be ready to do my activities and the stretching was crucial to my progress. Thanks to Shannon and Lauren and all of the other wonderful people who helped..

The therapist at Active Physical Therapy have been very helpful. They always consider the patients needs as a whole while focusing on the specific target. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming.

I recently had a hip replacement in March and went to Active Physical Therapy and so glad that I did. Everyone there from the receptionist, the therapist and the assistants were very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable of the job. I want to give a special shout out to Lauren and Wes who were my therapist. Lauren thanks for pushing me and encouraging me to go the extra mile. I am so grateful for you. Heidi your smile was infectious thanks for making sure I was always comfortable. I would highly recommend Active Physical Therapy and it's team of providers. Thanks again!

I cannot put into words how amazing my experience was with everybody at active physical therapy.Their caring and devotion to their work went beyond words that I can express not with just me but every patient that was there every time I was there it wasn’t just one therapist or one person working it was with everybody It was a truly amazing place even though it’s a place you don’t always want to be they made it a positive experience. I could probably write a book saying how wonderful each person was but together they are one impressive team

Loved my time at Active Physical therapy. The staff was amazing and helped me get my knee back up to full strength after tearing my patellar tendon. Highly recommend them
